Outfit Edits respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from anyone who contributes to or uses this Site. This page explains how copyright holders can report content on outfitedits.com that they believe infringes their rights, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content published on Outfit Edits infringes a copyright you own or manage, please send a written notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL where it appears on outfitedits.com.
- Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If material you posted was removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Response Time
We aim to review and respond to valid DMCA notices within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few business days of receipt.
